Our Senior Playgroup program has taken off with much excitement and success.
All the children are waving their parents goodbye each morning and gaining confidence and independence within our prepared environment.
The program is a gentle transition between Playgroup and Children’s House.
Children are exposed to the materials that they will find in the Children’s House prepared environment.
Through our two mornings per week program each child is developing their individual large and small motor skills, hand-eye co-ordination and social skills.
The children are becoming more relaxed, chatty and at ease with the weekly parent helper.
So far this term the introductory sensorial materials, more detailed practical life activities and group activities are proving to be the firm favourites within the classroom.
Our mornings run every Thursday and Friday during the school term from 8:30 – 11:30am
