Welcome back to Term 3. What a wet and windy holiday we had! As the wet weather continues we are warm and cosy inside discovering plenty of new work available on the shelves for our very young. Popular activities so far have been sponge squeezing work, pouring rice, sweeping and mopping up spills, chopping bananas, peeling mandarins and screwing and unscrewing nuts and bolts.We have gum boots and umbrellas set up outside for your use, there is not a lot of opportunity for walks in the rain here in Perth so take the time to go outside (dressed for rain )and enjoy splashing in the puddles during what is sure to be our wettest winter ever.
We are in the process of opening a new Infant Toddler Program at William Bertram Community Centre on Johnson Road in Bertram. It will open on Tuesdays, starting on Tuesday 10th August from 9:15AM-11:15AM. Nat will run the program and would love to hear from your family and friends around the area who may like to attend.
